[SOLVED] Why am I lagging with these specs?

Hey there, I was wondering why I am lagging in pretty much all games if the graphics are above low.
Is there anything I should upgrade?

Is this slowness a new occurrence or is this a new set of games you're trying to play? What games are you most concerned about? What resolution do you play at?

Truthfully, the CPU, RAM, and MB are a bit old in 'gaming-rig' terms.

Really, you'd need an entire platform upgrade: MB, CPU, and RAM. No idea if that's in your budget, however.
