Hi guys,
Few days ago I have moved to a new house. The telecommunication company said they will install internet in my house in 3 months or more. Why: They don't have there own server in my region.
Anyway, I pleased my new neighbor to give my his wifi password and he traded with me to pay the half.
So, I so far I bougth a router to make it a repeter, but is to slow my wifi, so bougth a other router to make this: WiFi-->Ap client router---(connect with Ethernet)--->Ap mode-->My WiFi. But is even worst, The channels are not the problem.
Question: why ap client router connected to ap router don't work properly?

There are many reasons. First off. you cut you max speed in half when you use a repeater. Now your max speed is also based on the quality of the signal you are getting at your house (from his Router). Then the quality of signal from your AP to your client device (laptop, iphone, whatever) can also affect the speed. On top of all this if your repeater is sharing the same frequency as your devices then it may have to share bandwidth (especially if your channels overlap. If you are using 2.4ghz for example there are only 3 non overlapping channels (1,6,11). So the best configuration (if you have to use 2.4ghz for everything) is to make his clients like on channel1, the repeater on channel 6, and your clients on channel 11. The problem is some Wifi routers and repeaters can't do this. They can only be on one channel. If that is the case then all of his devices, your devices, and the Ap/Extender you are using are having to share the same channel. Thus it could be really slow. The best case scenario would be to use a different frequency all together between his router and your AP, like 5ghz.

You need to set the device into client bridge mode not repeater mode on the device that connects to the neighbors router. You then want to set the second device--ap-- to a different channel. This form of "repeater" does not suffer as bad since the signals are not on the same channels.

I would first try to see how well a end device works directly off the neighbors router but from inside your house. If this is bad already adding more equipment will just make it worse. You would likely need a outdoor bridge and then connect that back to the AP you have in the house.
