Question Why are all my games capped at 102 fps?

Every game I've played recently (cs:go and minecraft) has been capped at 102 fps, and I just ran a benchmark that was also capped at 102 fps for all animations, and my graphics card was way below expectations.

What Hz is your monitor and are you using V-Sync?

If you have any programs like MSIAfterburner have you enabled an FOS limit?
