[SOLVED] Why are my chrome downloads so slow ?

I have tested my internet speed and it is like 70mbps and when downloading stuff from chrome it downloads at kbs speed.
I have already ensured to remove any extensions I don't use on a daily/ rarely use.

If you have any tips in this specific thing please share any advice you may have

I tried to download steam and it downloaded reguarly. Guess it was just the site
