Question Why are my fans at 100%

I have the Deepcool AK620. Whenever I launch a game I can hear the fans ramping up until what sounds like 100%. The fans won't go down again until the system is shut off. When I tried to do an auto oc test on AMD Ryzen Master the fans were fine. It's only when I launch games.
I've already tried the following things:
-Setting a more aggressive fan curve in the bios
-made sure the cables are properly connected and in the CPU_FAN slot
-Checked the temps (40-50°C)
help would be greatly appreciated.

It seems like you misunderstood what I meant. I want them to go slower.

More aggressive means faster fans. Use something like Afterburner or whatever AMD has, but i have my fans running about 35% and can't hear them. Currently run around 30C for cpu and 34C for GPU. When working I rarely see 50's. You want less aggressive.

list all parts in system and does the cooler is connect on cpu header also what are the cpu fans set up in bios it is on pwm or dc .
