Question why are my fans white

i recently purchased a dutzo c520 mesh rgb, but the fans are solid white.

its only for a few seconds when turning the pc they are "rgb color".

any idea on how to fix , if it can fixes?

First thing would be to consult the case's manual. It's a bit of an off-brand, so I doubt you'll find many with direct experience. Hard to guess the mechanism they use out of the blue.

Have you followed these directions?

Assuming the addressable RGB is connected to the motherboard, then you'll have to use your motherboard's software to change the colors, outside the RGB button on the top of the case.

I tried to follow the instructions but, the button that should be the rgb button. Is for me the restart button

Sounds like it's normal based on what you are saying in the post. You turn on the PC, they are a white color but after a few seconds they change? That is the time it takes for the software to change the colors.
