Question Why are my games crashing?

My games keep crashing when they should be able to handle them fine with my Specs. I was hoping someone could help me out with how and why it's crashing. I cleaned out my pc just the other day as well as factory reset it to make sure there were no virus' and such. I would really appreciate any help as to why my computer is crashing

Here is a video of my game crashing: The settings are on Max graphic settings and I easily reached 240+ fps

CPU: I9-9900k Coffee Lake
GPU: MSI GeForce RTX 2080 Ti Gaming x Trio
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX (2 x 8 GB) DDR4 3200 MHz
Motherboard: ASUS Prime Z390-A
SSD: Samsung 860 QVO SSD
