Why are my windows 7 applications moving from screen to screen on their own

Hello,
I have dual monitors and I can be typing in an application and it will skip to the next monitor then back again. What causes this? and what's the fix??

Whatever position you close the windows in, they should open up in the exact same spot. If they aren't, check your Windows settings and make sure that your main monitor on your Windows settings is the same as the one for your graphics card drivers.
