Question Why are none of my MOBO ports working

I recently bought a B360N Wifi. I put it in my computer and it looked like it was working because the fans started spinning and the power led turned on but then I noticed that no ports were working including the HDMI port. Any ideas?

I've seen something similar, is your CPU installed properly? I've seen a guy install his CPU turned 90 degrees off of the correct position and lock it in place. The machine will look like it is trying to power up, but not do anything. Also make sure you connected the EPS power connector (there is the 24 pin and either a 4 or 8 pin connector that will come from the power supply)
