Just built first computer Ryzen 5 2600

I don't know if there's a better program for temperatures I used SpeedFan and OpenHardware Monitor here's some screenshots I don't know what to make of it, I did not apply thermal paste because the cooler brand new from amd apparently came with thermal paste on it, which i did touch not realizing there was thermal paste on it but i figured it was fine, not much came off just a little on my finger - i have two case fans one intake one exhaust (i believe i have them inserted properly) should I reapply thermal paste is everything ok the computer seems fine but I think i'm going to turn it off until I figure out what's wrong help please!
also in task manager it says I have 12 core's but the cpu i have only has 6 cores, it has hyperthreading 12 threads though i think so is that why?
