Why are some processor chips better at overclocking than others ?

Basically, why can some processor's overclock better with the same components than other processor's of the same model.

Solution
It has to do with random impurities in the silicon. I would suggest reading about silicon doping, and how imputities affect the leakage currents in P-N junctions of transistors.

Thanks for all the replies but are they really man-made? because if they are what is the point? it is much cheaper to mass produce chips with machines and this way they should all be the same , right ?
