Why are some selective keys not working. Everytime I turn on the computer the e

I am not sure what is the problem with the keys. Sometimes I can not get these keys to work no matter how do I press or how long I press them. Then they work for a couple of minutes, then not work again, and at times I can type normally. I checked all the keyboard settings and everything seems OK. My computer uses the standard P/S 2 driver. What could be causing this problem?
