Why are there so many Gigabyte GA-Z77P-D3 for sale on ebay?

I was looking around for LGA 1155 motherboards, and this specific model dominates ebay. Any specific reason why?

Why are there so many GTX 960 like this?

If you look at it, the biggest number comes from China, and they cost less than one third than what you pay for devices from , say, Europe.
Both, GTX 960 and MoBos.
What do you think? Are they really what they seem to be?
I can pretty safely say the GTX 960s are complete and utter fake, and ebay is doing nothing to stop that. Now, you do the math...
