Question Why are there two 1080p's in NVIDIA control panel?

So, one allows upto 120 HZ and other allows upto 165 hz (Only in my PC).

But what else?

Make and model of your monitor(s)? What OS version are you on if on Windows 10? Might want to also check and see what your BISO version for your motherboard is and the version for Nvidia's driver(control panel).

Monitor: Acer KG241Q S
Windows 10 pro 64 bit, 21H1, updated till now.

Motherboard is Zebronics H61, and you'll not find ANY BIOS updates for this mobo online. (Strange).
Nvidia driver is latest, 472.12 version.
Graphics card: GT 1030
