Why cannot I connect to my router IP?

Default Ip address:- 192.168.1.254

Checked on Ipconfig, on firewall for browser, no proxy enabled

checked other random ip 1.1 ,1.0, 1.2 .........

tried through Ethernet, different computers, different browser, even through Ubuntu to login

default on both ipv

can connect to other router

clear cookies resetted browser checked without internet line

login page do shows of if i refreshed continiously after startingup router error msg do come after that its on ubuntu
