Why can't detect new hard disk on HP Proliant ML150 G6 server ?

Hello guys, i'm trying
adding a secondary hard disk to the server . but everytime it fail to detecte it.

any suggestions.....

What type/model of HDD are you trying to install?
Do a F10 at boot up and identify the ROM version.
Not sure what SCSI controller is in that server, is the drive not detecting in the SCSI Utility? Is it the right type of SCSI hard drive (ultra320)?
