Hi I built a new pc a few months ago with an rx6650xt, 32gb Corsair ddr3 3600mhz, i3-12100f, 2tb adata m.2, and a gigabyte B760 gaming.
Installed windows 11 on it nothing went wrong. But today when I started up my pc.
My display is all stretched out and I cant play games because they give me an error.
I also tried reinstalling drivers via amd's software. But at the end it said it failed because of a windows device manager problem. I tried new hdmi cable, deleting and reinstalling drivers, updating drivers. Nothing worked. Im clueless

Make sure the display cable is properly connected on the PC and on the monitor .
Check for Windows update manually, since there was a bug that cause the issue you are describing and there was a fix released.
If that does not work, download the lates drivers for your GPU, but before installing the drivers, manually remove the old drivers using the DDU app.

Ive tried everything but nothing works. Only thing I havent tried is DDU, but what makes DDU different than just deleting the drivers via windows and reinstalling it with the latest drivers I downloaded on the amd website?

Windows uninstaller doesn't delete previous drivers or leftover files, it just resets user settings and profiles. Also it leaves behind registry entries that could cause issues.

DDU wipes all traces of AMD and Nvidia graphics drivers performing a clean and complete uninstall. It does not leaving behind any drivers, files, folder or registry keys.

When a system is performing normally, the regular uninstall process should be used, but when there are issues or you switch graphics is recommended to use DDU or a similar tool.
