Why cant i connect to wireless network at hotel

Hello, I can see a shared wireless network and after I select connect the status shows not connected but I have the option to disconnect. I am on this network on another laptop wirelessly. Any ideas?

You're probably forced to the hotel's webpage to accept the connection and ToS. Open up your browser and you should get redirected to their ToS page. Accept and you should have the connection.
