[SOLVED] Why can't I download anything from the Windows Store?

I just recently bought the box game pass and whenever I try and download a game it gets stuck on "Starting Download". I have tried a few things in powershell which don't do anything, I can't check if I need an update as that gets stuck and gets an error, I can't troubleshoot as that gets stuck and wsreset.exe just gets stuck on a grey cmd and does nothing. I am on windows 64 bit.

Is your default folder for downloads your OS drive?

Yes it is in my C drive
