Why can't I edit my own posts?

The tittle says it all, I can't edit my own posts. Sometimes when I reply to other posts (WOW my first ATI in seven years) I'm in Tom's Hardware UK & Ireland and sometimes I'm on the other US site????

Same here, the only way to edit it is if you use the quick edit button. There are plenty of annoying bugs on these forums, for example like why doesn't the search button work?

Also why can't I see the results of the poll? I click on view results and it says 'you have already voted'.
