Question Why Cant I get out of windows 10 home s Mode? please help

Hey guys my friends windows 10 is in s mode, and cant switch out of it he bought the windows usb and key and we made sure its windows 10 home I know you can switch over to regular windows 10 in the Microsoft store but after we click "get" its stays at "working on it". and i read online that this is something that suppose to take seconds and we've been trying to fix this the whole day today. We dont know what the problem and why this pc just installed with S mode.
