Question Why can't I get second monitor to work? Can you use two monitors with pirated Windows?

The second display I am trying to use is a TV but it won't connect to PC. I did not buy Windows 10, transferred from USB. I am using a working HDMI. Drivers are up to date. In Display settings I cannot detect it and with Windows Key + P it is on "PC screen only" but none of the other options work either way.
