Why cant i install office home and student 2007 on windows 7

How can i run microsoft office and student 2007 on XP Compatibility mode, i have win 7 on omy computer.

Why do you need to they should run just fine in windows 7 without compatibility mode?

Why do you need xp compatibility mode? They run fine in windows 7. You need the pro version of Win7 to use xp compatibility mode
