Question why cant I overclock my cpu and ram anymore?

was playing bfv one day and all the sudden keyboard kept disconnecting so i switched usb port, then audio went wonky too kept switching to speakers then headphones after that pc shuts off, causing my bios to reset,

cant overclock my cpu or ram anymore pc goes in loop and resets, my cpu is at stock speed and the voltage is kinda high at stock like 1.36 or to 1.38 just on desktop but when gaming its at a consistent 1.104v at stock pc is stable and able to run my games i really dont know whats going on my hunch is probably something is failing but i dont know what it is any help?

ryzen 1700 3.0ghz
ram 16gb 3000

My guess from your description is the motherboard is failing. Problem is the only way to prove it is trying a different motherboard.

Make sure you are on the latest BIOS revision (specifically use the latest with AGESA code 1.0.0.6, all newer BIOS's ATM are unstable).

thanks I'll see what i can do about getting my hands on another mother board

thanks i think the last bios update i did was like f4 and i was able to overclock my cpu and ram, but after this recent incident im unable to anymore i will update bios again and see if that helps
