I tried a search I way to find the CPU ratio other ways maybe it called something else. Because every motherboard has a different name to it. I have even Tried Intel(R) Extreme Tuning Utility that wasn't any help there I don't know if it is my motherboard or maybe I'm doing something or even I may be locked without realizing if that's a possible thing.
My specs are

I5 6600K
1070 8GB
Asus h100m hdv
16 GB RAM DDR4

With Intel (H), (B) or (Q) boards generally don't allow overclocking, some will allow you very limited bumps of .1 to .3 on the CPU frequency and memory tweaking. (Z) boards are for overclocking, unlike AMD Intel likes to make things a bit confusing and charge you large premiums for Overclocking options. Your board only allows memory tweaking and power phase changes from the AI Suite.
