Why can't I record minecraft at 60 fps 1080p?

I have the amd a10 7850k black edition and gtx 760. When I record with action it is a little laggy but the quality is horrible, and when I record with fraps the quality is good but it is really laggy

Computer not really up to recording like this, FRAPS is known for getting a big hit in performance when being used. You'll need to use an external capture card and another system to record with or switch the system for an Intel i5 one to record smoothly at high resolutions.

Your CPU is most likely the bottleneck, it is an apu so it has a GPU in it as well as a CPU. I would recommend Nvidia shadowplay, it takes a lot less performance while recording.
