Why can't i record this game anymore?

SO i have a game called cs go i usually get 60fps while not recording and 30 while recording but recently i started getting like 3 and i dont know why my drivers are updated any help?

Check whether you have the storage space to record the video, this is sometimes a symptom of not having the space to record.

i have no experience with fraps,i usually use OBS for recording,btw obs use less storage space and running smothly on my pc,sorry i can't help
