Question why cant i run 120hz at 1920-1080

i have a benq XL2411 it says it can run 144hz at 1920-1080 but without the hdmi 2.0 120hz and 1920-1080 but i havent been able to fix it as im on a laptop

It only shows 120hz at a lower resolution like 800-600
