I have an i5-6600k 3.5gh processor, and a Gigabyte Geforce GTX 1060 3gb Windforce, I can't run the game, is something wrong with my graphics card? Please HELP!!

If you need any more PC specs, let me know!!

It does run, but I get low fps, its choppy, and just doesn't play well, its not smooth. And I do have more than 22 gb of free space on my hdd. Since before I even started playing Apex, my PSU, has been making weird noises, its only 500w. Can it even fully power all of my PC's components?

That user benchmark thing says you have too much stuff running in the background. If you go to Task Manager while on your desktop, you can check the 'performance' tab to see what your CPU usage is. It should be very low if you're doing nothing on your desktop. If there is something running in the background, you need to figure out what it is and shut it off.

https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/15087301 my system is a lot weaker than yours on the gpu side.
but i can play apex fine...
looking at the settings though...
if i max out the textures my fps crumples. so im guessing your having a similar issue.
try dropping the textures to high or medium (you wont notice any difference visually unless your playing at 1440p+)
and you should clawback about 1/3 of your fps.

if that doesnt work check your drivers and make sure you have them installed and they work (check device manager in control panel)
and make sure you have your gpu connected to the monitor and not the motherboard output connected to the monitor.

lastly check the nvidia control panel is reset to default. and disable any optomizations your using via GFE.

The thing is, I play apex at 1280x720 resolution because if I try to run it higher, its not smooth and runs poorly. It also usually tends to crash often at higher settings. I do have my HDMI cable plugged into my GPU, which is connected to my monitor, and lastly I always update my drivers, and they all work just fine. So that is not the issue. I also have not altered anything in the Nvidia Control Panel. And everything should be at default already. I don't know what else it could be. I've been assuming this whole time it's my PSU.

unless you have 4-5 hdds in that build 500w is enough even if its a basic 80+ bronze (and not a complete potato). as the total system draw would be less than 350w with that cpu, gpu an ssd and hdd.

try adjusting the system power settings. see if your on balanced? if so bump it to max performance.

lastly whats your temps?
