Why can't I run the minecraft pixelmon mod?
Cpu: A4-6300
Gpu: Asus strix gtx 970
Ram: 10 gb

Im not so sure about the saoftware issue or other hardware problems but judging by this limited info the a4 6300 is the problem .It is probably bottlenecking the computer.Replacing it might help with the issue

question #1 WHY ARE YOU RUNNING A A4-6300 WITH A 970?!?
that cpu is most likely the issue as minecraft depends on the cpu over gpu and that cpu is not fast enough for modded minecraft
