Why cant i run nfs most wanted 2012 in windows 7 ultimate 64bit...?

I just recently went from win 7 ultimate 32bit version to 64bit and i tried to run nfs mw 2012 but when i try to run the .exe file it gives me a error that "the application was unable to start correctly(0xc000007b). Click Ok and close the application".. I tried uninstalling and installing the game two times.. I tried installing recent version of microsoft .Net framework 4.5 and microsoft visual c++ 2010(x64) but didn't worked... Plz help me out guyz... Am really getting frustrated..plz..plz...

a friend of mine gave...i was playing the game on 32bit version without any problem...but now in 64bit version its not working....

I got W7 Ultimate too. Also when I installed and leave it for long time. Now I want to play it, but it does not work. I reinstalled it again. Now it does not work again. I do not know why.
