[SOLVED] Why can't I scroll through images in photo albums using my left and right arrow keys in windows 10?

Why can't I use my left and right arrow keys to go through images in photo albums?
I've always been able to do this, but for some reason, it suddenly stopped.

I used to have the ability to do this, but then it suddenly stopped.
