Why cant I see a particular web cam on imac

I can't view a Destin, Fl web cam. It has been viewable until Friday, and it is veiwable on another computer. What is wrong? I get a big red exclamation point over a cup of coffee icon.

Try re-loading any software for the Mac which came with the camera.
