Question Why can't I see all nvdia control panel settings

I will explain the situation as short as possible. So I downloaded csgo I wanted to play on 4:3 stretched but it wasn't stretched (it was a box). I know how to fix it dw. I opened the nvdia controll panel but there were only 3 options available, any solutions?

Update your post to include full system hardware specs.

Include make and model monitor(s).

OS noted as Windows 10.

What were the 3 options presented?

Were you able to try reinstalling the video drivers and/or Nvidia Control Panel.

the 3 options are : Adjust 3d settings
Manage 3d settings
Configure surround physics.
I installed the latest drivers .
All I need is a simple answer/solution. !
