[SOLVED] Why Can't I Undervolt?

So I bought a gf65 with an i5-9300h and a 2060. I've undervolted the cpu, and would like to do the same with the gpu, but MSI Afterburner won't seem to let me. Any ideas?

PS: I did try all the different voltage control settings.

Its possible the laptop manufacturer has locked this. I have found myself unable to adjust voltage with some OEM GPUs

can i unlock it? that would void my warranty correct?
