Question Why can't I update my bios?

I just upgraded my CPU, mobo and memory. At initial boot I was able to go into the UEFI and change settings. After downloading the new bios onto a flash drive I am unable to get back into the UEFI. My mobo is the Asus ROG strix x570f gaming if that helps things at all.

if you can't get into BIOS, then do a CMOS reset.
Refer to the user manual for your exact board for any specific instructions on how to do it that is unique to your board so as not to damage anything

As QP stated above you need to clear your CMOS (RTC).
Lokk on page 1-9 and follow the steps listed there to do that.
