Question Why can't I upgrade to Windows 11 ?

I have TPM 2.0, Secure Boot is enabled, an AMD Ryzen 7 3800X 8-Core Processor 3.89 GHz with over 150 GB free space and 12GB RAM so why isn't it letting me upgrade to Windows 11?
It doesn't give me a reason.

Why do you think, you can't upgrade? What is not letting you do it?

when i go to pc health check at a glanc, and click check now i am getting a weird windows.
and that sending me to the website which just stuck with this.

This is my disk management picture is it says anything?

i tried the task thing to get an update but pc health check just aint workingit just sending me to the website again.

Apperntly an hour after i manully ran:
schtasks.exe /Run /TN "\Microsoft\Windows\Application Experience\Microsoft Compatibility Appraiser"
in administrator command line it finally worked.
