Why cant i watch youtube videos in 1080p while downloading a 2 GB game

hey so iwas just wondering why i cant do this even do i have a prerry good computer thamks !
Specs:
MOBO: P8Z77 V LX
CPU: i53570k
GPU Sapphire amd readon 7850 trix
PSU: Corsair TX 650 (650 watt)
C: Drive: 1 TB
RAM 8GB
 
Solution
It`s not on the computer specs, but on the internet speed.
Depending on the interface of the game, it might use most of the internet bandwidth that it can, even all of it until it finished downloading.
This means that there`s no bandwidth remaining for the video you`re watching (downloading).

The thing is that the video that you`re watching is not located on your PC, but on the internet, so the "image" needs to be also downloaded by the PC for you to see it.

Don`t worry, there`s nothing wrong with your computer. It`s just the way internet bandwidth and internet speed work.

Solution
This is most likely your internet bandwidth, like others have said, the game may be using a lot of bandwidth to download meaning there is very little for other internet uses, (like a family sharing a bad internet and getting lag spikes and slow speeds).

This may also be a problem with YouTube, I know that the last couple of days YouTube has been dodgy, it may be their servers but I have god internet and I couldn't watch a video in 480p, try giving it some time.

It will help if you do a www.speedtest.net test and post your results :)
