Hello, I have a laptop.
It can't run 720p video!
I already tried it on VLC, Films and tv, and many more.
Every video my laptop played, after 15 second it only play audio and the video freeze.
Why that happen?
Is my laptop too weak?

My laptop specs: Hp pavilion x360 convertible
8Gb of DDR4 ram
i5-10210u
Nvidia MX130
Intel UHD
512Gb samsung M.2 SSD
Windows 10 Home

Thankyou

My guess would be your internet connection, especially during these times, since everyone is stuck at home using the internet. I say this because Iphones can run 1080p no problem, but only with good internet connection.

Thank you!
Oh yeah!
I just installed some driver
Intel graphic command center and i just updated My NVIDIA driver
and i just installed MSI after burner
Can it be the problem?
Do new release potentially have new bug?
Is it possible because i just updated windows?

It can't play 720p video but it can play minecraft with Faithful 32x32 texture pack smoothly.

Can bios affect it?

should i update the bios?

should i Remove MSI after burner?

Thankyou!

Laptops are very weird about drives because they have two different GPUs and the only way to make sure that they work in a correct way is to only use the drivers that the laptop maker supplies.
installing drivers from nvidia directly can mess things up.
Follow a guide on how to use ddu to remove any graphics drivers you have now and then install only the driver that the website of the laptop has.

Is it third party software or from windows?
Isn't deleting driver mean the driver were gone?
Is it like deleting system32?
It is 3rd party but 100% safe.
Yes that is what you want, you want the driver to be 100% gone so that it can't cause any more trouble, as long as the driver is gone windows will keep using the GPU with very basic drivers that work on every GPU so there is no problem.

It's a third party app from a trusted source...many people have used it, and is completely safe to do so.

The drivers will indeed be gone, but Windows has a default, basic driver that will run your display when there are no other drivers, so you will still have a display, but it will be lower resolution. Until you update the drivers, that basic Windows driver will work.

No, it's not like deleting sys32, drivers can only control one specific hardware, and they are only meant as a means of communication between software and hardware. Deleting sys32 removes much more crucial files and folders, making your system unusable until you reinstall Windows. Uninstalling a driver, however, is a normal troubleshooting step and is safe to perform.

OK. Thanks.
But, should i uninstall Ge Force experience and Phys X System software?
Should i uninstall Intel graphic command center?

Edit: After uninstalling the driver, I restart my laptop.
when the laptop turns on, it opens bios. I exited the bios.
now the windows boot up.
But windows didn't detect the discrete graphic.
It only detect integrated graphic.
I already install the driver and rebooted.
But it still not detecting the discrete gpu.

From where did you install the drivers, and which version? Also, how are you determining whether the discrete GPU has been detected or not? Open Start menu and type 'dxdiag', run that program. In the Display tabs(there might be 2 display tabs - check both), check if your discrete GPU is listed or not.
