Why can't my pc run games smoothy while it should do?

Why Can't My Pc Run some games like Fortnite and Hitman Absolution Smoothly while it should be more than able to?

I have Intel Pentium G4560
Nvidia GForce GT 1030 2Gb Graphics Card
8 gb Ram
and 1 Tb Free Space.
I don't Get it why can't i run it on 60 fps on low graphics with these specs i expect to at least run it at medium graphics...

When you run it what sort of CPU and GPU usage are you getting? Use Windows Task manager, it will display both.

I would also try and install the latest drivers for your 1030.

You're at the bare minimum for GPU and you have a dual core processor when the game recommends a quad core. I'm not surprised you aren't getting perfect performance.

Fortnite is cpu bound

for 60 fps you need an i5 or better

I mean its already updated, around 10% CPU usage but i can't find GPU usage..
