Recently my PC has been booting up in safe mode and i investigated that it was the ram speed. 3000mhz is the speed i have always run on my computer, but now it won't boot with that, i've had to set it to 2933mhz.

is this just a wear down type of deal? i fnot please help bring back my substantial speeds.

I have used D.O.C.P and used the correct timings and voltage, my PC just can't handle it

Seems like you're on a Ryzen platform. I would advise against XMP or any form of auto overclocking. You should manually tune the frequency, timings and voltage. On another note, you should make sure you're on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard. Mind sharing your full system's specs with us?>
List them like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
