why core 2 duo showing only 2 CPU in Task Manager

Hi, I thought Task Manager would show 4 CPU for one core 2 duo with HT. Mine is showing 2 CPU.

CPU-Z shows 2 cores and 2 threads. Why is it not showing 2 cores and 4 threads?

I'm running Windows 7 Home Edition.

The Core 2 Duo doesn't actually have hyperthreading.
