[SOLVED] why did it start today.

Today is the first time HWMonitor has given me high temps like that one. Just previous it was reporting 96c. So i restarted the program. now it says this. as you can see overdrive is running. i use it for the thermal margin and HWmonitor for the max temp it records. i understant that HWMonitor has problems with AMD chips and have read about false readings. I am just concerned about it because ive been using HWM with this chip for around a month now and this sudden temp weirdness makes me wonder if i did some thing wrong and my fx 8350 is getting zapped at random. this is a screen of the issue. GTA5 is running in the background.

If it was at 225 degrees, it would have shut down.
But before that, the CPU will generally throttle so it would never even reach above 100 degrees.

Use something like HWInfo, tend to get better readings from it.
