Question Why did my cpu run at 92% capacity?

Hey guys,
So here is the story, i was working on autocad tonight when my computer started lagging heavily. I managed to open up my task manager to discover that it was runninng at 92 % suddenly, which has never happened before. I had adobe aceobat open but that was it. The specs i have is a ryzen 5 3600 with an rtx 2060 phoenix and 16 gb of ram. Any insight into why it would do this and is this normal?

and what is using cpu resource?
check the cpu temp?

I unfortuntely did not think of that, i just restart my computer and everything seems fine
