Why did my thread get deleted?

I went to the Entertainment section and asked if it's legal to download Eduard Khil's Trololo song for one's own use. Some time later, the thread(which hadn't been answered) disappeared completely. I looked at the list of my own posts and it wasn't there either. I didn't get any notification at all.
Who deleted it and why? I know, that song is associated with trolling, and I posted a link to a video of it. But I didn't intend to troll or make jokes; I was asking a serious question about it.

It got taken out by the spam detection stuff. It seems a little over-agressive currently.

Should be back now, but I think you'll find the answer is that copyrighted content is copyrighted, even for personal use.

You should get an email when a thread is removed, though. These can take some time to arrive.
