Question Why did the LED cpu and dram lights turn on on my motherboard?

I did some research on these two lights, most of the users that did have them on, they experienced their PC not starting up etc. but my pc is working completely fine.

So, these are the facts:
-I built this pc (two days old)
-No unexpected shutdowns, no nothing of the kind, the pc works completely fine
- EDIT: the lights turned on AFTER waking up the computer from sleep mode
-the lights did not turn on after restarting the system

The motherboard manual said only that the red lights mean dysfunctional components (in my case DRAM, and CPU.

My build consists of:
CPU: Intel i5 9400f
GPU: GTX 1660 OC 6gb
Mobo: B365 Phantom gaming 4

I contacted the motherboard manufacturer and they explained why this happened and told me not to worry about it.
