Question Why do I get error 0xc0000225 when trying to install Win 7 from a USB stick?

I am attempting to dual boot my system. I have Win 10 on my PC and would like to install Win 7 to a partition on my C: drive. I already have the partition made. I have secure boot disabled in my BIOS (Legacy+UEFI mode in MSI x470 BIOS) since when I made my install USB, Rufus told me that I needed to have that disabled. When I boot from the USB it goes straight into the error screen that tells me I have error 0xc0000225. I seem to be stuck at this point and need to see if there is a solution to my issue. Can anyone help?

where did you get the windows 7 ISO? directly from MS?

You need to buy a product key but the download is free.
