Why do i get mostly low fps on all video games

hello i have a decent pc and i would like to know if there is something wrong with my pc if its hardware or software if my parts are too weak anything.

i can send snap shots of resource manager task manager cpuz anything.

i have run ESET for viruses and malwarebytes for malware.

heres a list of my hardware
CPU:i7 3770k socket 1155 LGA 3.5Ghz
RAM:16GB
GPU:nvidia geforce gtx 660 2GB
MB: asrock z77 extreme 4-m BIO version P1.80
SSD:samsung evo 120GB
HDD:1TB
OS: Windows 10 64Bit

i have reinstalled windows a billion times re installed games a biilion more.

Im happy to do what ever is needed to fix this i know people will need to see some performances while games are running and im happy to supply. Thanks

Your GPU is the weakest part of your system, but should be pretty good for medium settings on whatever you want.

nvidia has dropped on kepler performance and are focusing on maxwell. thats why the fps are gone bad now on those old cards. try download the 353.06 WHQL driver and if that doesnt work either try downloading an older driver.

Its mainly medium i keep it set at

I dont see anything obviously wrong; GPU is a little on the weak side, but still decent enough for that games your playing.

What type of FPS are you getting in game?

You could try setting your power settings to performance (cpu may be at a lower speed)

Its about 30-40 nothing un playable
On runescape its 10-20 but im putting that down to shoddy engine
