Why do i get this error when on my mouse usb.

I get this error when i plug my mouse , it works for quite a lot of time , but sometimes it disconects and i get this message , if i plug my keyboard or a usb stick in the same slot it works perfectly , just my mouse gets this , is it broken or its a problem on my computer , btw i'm running windows 10 , the photo is form the internet but i get the same message , and before upgrading to windows 10 i had the same problem on windows 7.
My specs are : 8gb ram
Cpu : intel pentium g3260
video card : amd r7 250x 2gb oc version from gigabyte
motherboard : asus h81m-k

when was last time you updated drivers? Look at the Win 10 page here and see if you have newer chipset drivers

Do i need to install the management engine too or just the chipset ?

I would get both. They probably assist each other.
