Why do i have an unaccessable drive?

Its random and im not sure why, i never created it and it only just appeared

It may be like a card reader in a printer - with no card in it.

In windows 7, 8, 8.1 or 10, open the start menu and type "Computer Management". When that pops up, click on "Disk Management". You'll see what the drive letter is assigned to there. Post a screen shot.

I think its a network location as it wont show up on disk mgmt

It says LOCAL. Do you have anything USB attached?
